This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled on Beauticians.in.

By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future renewals (if applicable), but access to the platform will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

We do not provide partial-period cancellations.


2. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable.

Once a subscription is activated and the profile creation process has begun, refunds will not be issued.


3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Payment processed but service not activated

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Each request will be reviewed individually.


4. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the payment provider.


5. Profile Deactivation

If a subscription expires and is not renewed, the profile may be unpublished from public view.

User data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


6. Changes to This Policy

Beauticians.in reserves the right to update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
